Mobile Messaging Terms
SMS/MMS program terms · Effective October 14, 2026 · Skarb Group LLC (DBA SKARB)
These terms cover text messages (SMS/MMS) sent through the Skarb platform, operated by Skarb Group LLC, doing business as SKARB. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Two kinds of messages
1. Messages from an insurance agency that uses Skarb. Licensed commercial insurance agencies use Skarb to text their own prospects and clients. The agency named in the message is the sender. Each agency publishes its own program page at skarbcrm.com/sms/<agency>/terms with its contact details, and a web opt-in form at skarbcrm.com/sms/<agency>.
2. Messages from Skarb itself. Skarb may text agency users who hold a Skarb account with service notices they requested: login verification codes, callback and task reminders, and alerts they turned on in Settings.
