Text Message Program Terms

IMD Insurance Agency ("we," "us") is a licensed commercial insurance agency. We send text messages (SMS/MMS) to prospects and clients who opt in, using the Skarb platform (operated by Skarb Group LLC) and its message-delivery provider. These terms describe that program.
Program details
- Program name
- IMD Insurance Agency insurance service messages
- What we send
- One-to-one conversational messages about your insurance quote, policy servicing, certificates of insurance, renewals, documents we need from you, and appointment or callback reminders. We do not send bulk advertising.
- Who sends it
- IMD Insurance Agency — your licensed agent, from our business number.
- Message frequency
- Varies with your interactions with us. Typically a few messages per month during an active quote or service request.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages.
- Opt out
- Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further unless you opt back in (reply START). Opting out of texts does not affect your insurance.
- Help
- Reply HELP to any message, or contact us: 332-333-2353 · ivan@imd-insurance.com.
- Carriers
- Major U.S. carriers are supported. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you opt in
- By checking the unchecked consent box on our web opt-in form at skarbcrm.com/sms/imdinsuranceagency or on our online quote page, after reading the consent language shown there;
- by giving verbal consent during a phone call with your agent, who asks permission to text you at your number (the call is recorded and the consent is logged with the date and time); or
- by texting our number first.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. You may opt out at any time.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. Your phone number is used only by IMD Insurance Agency, and by the platform and message-delivery providers acting on our behalf, to send the messages described here.
